Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the bike or accessory in its original factory packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item for any signs of use or damage, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
