What is the average shipping time for a new electric bike?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes between 5 to 7 business days via our premium freight partners.
Do Freegobikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We provide all necessary tools and a comprehensive video guide to help you finish the setup in under 30 minutes.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?
Every Freegobikes purchase includes a 1-year limited warranty covering the motor, battery, and frame against manufacturing defects. Consumable parts like tires and brake pads are excluded.
Can I return my bike if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Depending on the model, terrain, and pedal-assist level used, our batteries typically offer a range of 35 to 60 miles per charge. Total charging time is approximately 4-6 hours.
Are Freegobikes water-resistant for riding in the rain?
Our electric bikes are rated IP54 for water resistance, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or submerging the bike in water.
